            This form will guide you through creating a Declaration of Artificial Intelligence Usage.

            transparent and complies with the legal framework of the Czech Republic, as well as the re

            This is a basic version of the Declarationt. We recommend checking whether your faculty re

            * How Does the Generator Work?

            You’ll be asked to list the AI tools you used, indicate the dates of use, and describe how

            1. Start by selecting the first AI tool you used in the “Current Answer” section. Then cli


            2. Enter the time period during which you used the tool, and describe as precisely as poss
            used. Then click Continue.


            You’ll notice that your first AI tool will now appear in the “Recorded Use” section. All t
            into the form will gradually be listed here. This allows you to easily keep track of which
            entered and which still remain. You can also remove entries in this section.


            3. In the “Current Answer” section, select the next AI tool you used. Then click Continue 
            2–3 until you’ve recorded all AI usage.


            4.Once you’ve recorded all uses and are ready to generate your statement, select “No addit
            response to the question “Which AI tool did you use?”


            5.Your generated statement will appear at the bottom of the form. You can copy it or downl
            file.
