
The Generative AI Team at Charles University is part of the Research Software Engineering department at the Central Library of Charles University. The team is responsible for managing both the Czech and English versions of this website, coordinating the activities of the Charles University Generative AI Working Group, publishing the AI Newsletter, and organizing professional events and training focused on artificial intelligence.
At the same time, the team is developing the AI Sandbox, currently in a pilot phase, which provides a secure environment for working with generative AI models. The Generative AI Team at Charles University also prepares methodologies and supporting materials for the use of AI and addresses this topic across the university.

Organizes training sessions on generative AI tools and develops related methodologies. Prepares the newsletter and publishes news on the website, managing the content of ai.cuni.cz, including its English version. Coordinates, communicates, and promotes activities related to generative AI at Charles University and manages the Generative AI Working Group at Charles University. Creates graphics for methodological materials and website visual content.
In her free time, she pursues visual art and artistic creation. She writes and illustrates children's books and is part of the artistic collective Lemur nazdi, which focuses on creating large-format murals and site-specific installations.

Trains users in the use of university generative AI tools and provides consultations on their application in technical and economic work as well as academic activities. Tests generative AI tools relevant to the academic sphere. Participates in the implementation of the AI Act at Charles University. Operates the Helpdesk, develops methodologies, and organizes training sessions. Focuses on responsible and meaningful use of generative AI tools at Charles University.
In his free time, he measures science in meters. He attends scientific conferences on the topic of science evaluation (bibliometrics and scientometrics) and shares these insights with students at the Institute of Information Studies and Librarianship at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University. He also teaches information science, fundamentals of theoretical computer science, information coding, AI in academic work, and information support in science and research.

Artificial intelligence is further promoted by other individuals and groups at the various faculties of Charles University. Each faculty has its own AI coordinator who has an overview of various materials, methodologies, recommendations, measures, and tools specific to their respective faculty.
