Alina von Davier, a leading American expert in educational assessment and Chief of Assessment at Duolingo, will focus on evaluating human skills in the age of artificial intelligence and offer an international perspective on current challenges in education and testing. The university now has access to a trial of scite_. This tool works with the full texts of scholarly publications and uses a deep‑learning model to show you, for example, how often a paper has been cited, how other authors have cited it, and whether those citations provide supporting or contrasting evidence for the claims made in the publication.
